Instructions to use the Tax, Assessing, and Building Website:

1. From the Online Assessing Information webpage, click on "Enter Tax, Assessing, and Building Site Here!"
2. For tax information, click "Current Tax Search," located on the far left side of the screen.
3. In the field labeled "Street Number," (this is the second field, not the first field) enter the street number address of the property. LEAVE ALL, YES ALL, OTHER FIELDS EMPTY!!!
4. After the street number is entered into the second field, scroll down and click "search," or simply press enter on the keyboard.
5. Choose the property you are researching from the list that appears. Click on the blue parcel number of that property.
6. Scroll to the down to see tax information. To expand the view to see the detail of the tax bill, click on the plus icon.

• To view other assessment information, click on "Property and Land" located on the upper left side of the screen.
• Use this screen to view SEV, Taxable value, legal description, lot size, etc.
• To view square footage, click on "Buildings," located at the upper left side of the screen.
