The BS&A Online website shows penalty and interest amounts that are good through the end of the current month. To view base amounts and penalty amounts, please expand the view by clicking on the “  ► “ sign, located to the left of the year and season. 

Website Instructions for property information (Click Taxes, Assessments, Permits, Water under Online Services)

  1. Click the BS&A Online link.
  2. Search the property by address, name or parcel number in the box stating “what are you looking for?”
  3. After clicking search, there will be a security verification screen.  Please complete and click the “submit” button.
  4. Choose the property you are researching from the populated list. 
  5. There are 4 tabs located at the top of the page underneath the property address and photo.  These tabs are Property Information, Tax Information, Building Department, Utility Bill Info.  Click appropriate tab based on what information you are trying to find.
