Get Moving. Get Fit. Celebrate 75!

This summer, take on the 75 Days of Summer Fitness Challenge in celebration of our City's 75th Anniversary! From June 20 through September 22, complete 75 of any fitness activity and track your progress. Whether you move a little or a lot, it all counts!

How it works:

  • Choose a repetitive fitness activity you enjoy. It could be swimming, walking, biking, running, playing, or a mix!
  • Aim to complete 75 total actions (laps, miles, circuits - you name it!) before September 22.
  • Track your progress using a calendar, chart, spreadsheet, or journal.
  • Get creative, stay consistent, and have fun!

Need ideas? Try:

  • 75 laps in the pool
  • 75 trips down the slide
  • 75 circuits around Ghesquiere
  • 75 miles walked, biked, or ran

Prizes Include:

  • A $75 gift card
  • A commemorative 75th Anniversary tile
  • A 75th Anniversary wearable

All completed logs will be entered into a drawing. Winners will be announced and prizes award at Fall Fest on Saturday, October 4.

How to Submit:

Between September 23 - 30, send us your completed fitness log along with your:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email

Submit via hard copy to the GPW Community Center or email to GPW Parks & Recreation Department at parks@gpwmi.us
