2024 Election Dates

February 27, 2024 - Presidential Primary. Beginning in February, voters can cast their ballots early in-person for nine full days leading up to each major election - a first in the state's history.

August 6, 2024 - State Primary. Early Voting will be held daily (including weekends) at the Community Center, July 27 - August 4, 8:30 - 4:30 pm. AV Ballots may be brought in and tabulated at Early Voting.

November 5, 2024 - General Election

Voter Registration

You can register to vote through Election Day.

Check your registration status at the Michigan Voter Information Center at Michigan.gov/Vote.

Absentee Voting Absentee Ballots In order to get an absentee ballot, you must either be on the Permanent Ballot list, or you must complete and return an application for every election. All registered voters in Michigan can now vote using what’s called an absentee ballot. You don’t need an excuse or a reason.
