Safety is Everyone's Responsibility

Six solar-powered crosswalk signs will soon be installed on Mack Avenue at these crossings:

• Hampton/Ridgemont
• Anita
• Brys

These Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) will require drivers to yield to people in the crosswalks, especially when lights are flashing. Pedestrians will push a button to activate the signal and wait for a safe gap before crossing.
