Important Dates
2023 Summer Tax
July 1, 2023 through August 31, 2023
- Due and payable without penalty or interest
September 1, 2023 through February 29, 2024
- Payable at City Hall with 4 percent penalty through September 30, 2023 with an additional 0.5 percent interest for each and every succeeding month until February 29, 2024.
2023 Winter Tax
December 1, 2023 through February 14, 2024
- Due and payable without penalty or interest
February 15, 2024 through February 29, 2024
- Payable at City Hall with 3 percent penalty
March 1, 2024
- Payable only at Wayne County Treasurer’s office
All payments must be received before the end of the business day, 5 p.m. on the due date.
