The Grand Experience Trip to Mackinac Island 2026

The Northeast Recreation and Parks Association (NERPA) invites individuals age 50 or better to participate in this all-inclusive trip to the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, complete with five-course dinners, a wide variety of unique programs and activities such as golf, tournaments, crafts, dancing, carriage tours, and more that will make your stay at this world class destination a truly Grand Experience.

Price per person:

Price includes:

• Three nights at the elegant Grand Hotel, including baggage handling, taxes, and tips.
• Round trip ferry tickets and horse drawn taxi to and from the hotel.
• Full breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and a five-course dinner each day at the hotel.
• Daily activities and evening entertainment.

Registration Information

• Rooms will be sold on a 1st come 1st served basis beginning on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. at the City of Richmond Recreation Department, 69310 Beebe St. Richmond, MI 48062
• Complete one form per person.
• 50% deposit is due at the time of registration. Final payment is due by August 7, 2026.
• All registration will take place at: City of Richmond Recreation Department, 69310 Beebe St. Richmond, MI 48062

To ease the in-person registration process:

• All forms must be completed ahead of time.
• Only (1) representative per room is required to be present to register for the trip. This designated representative person does NOT have to be going on the trip. This will allow for participants who are unable to make the registration date secure their room.
• Room representatives are only allowed to secure (1) room and may not register for multiple rooms.
• In-person payment: cash, money order, check, or credit/debit card (a 2% charge of your total fee will be charged per credit/debit card transaction).

Mailed in forms will be processed once the in person registration is complete.

• Checks should be made payable to the City of Richmond. Credit/debit cards or check will be accepted for mail in registration (a 2% charge of your total fee will be charged per credit/debit card transaction).
