Doyle Court and Lee Court Water Main Replacement

The City of Grosse Pointe Woods has contracted with Fontana Construction, Inc. for the Doyle Court and Lee Court Water Main Replacement.

Mack & Vernier Intersection Improvements

The City of Grosse Pointe Woods received grant funding for safety improvements to the intersection of Mack Avenue and Vernier Rd, the intersection of Vernier Rd and Sunningdale Park, and the Vernier Rd crossover east of Mack Avenue. The prime contractor for the project is Motor City Electric Utilities. The project start date will be dependent on weather but is anticipated to begin in April. Miscellaneous Concrete Pavement and Parking Repair Program

The City of Grosse Pointe Woods has contracted with Mattioli Cement Company, LLC to complete the 2026/2027 Concrete Pavement and Parking Repair Program throughout the City.

Sidewalk Repairs

The City of Grosse Pointe Woods has contracted with James J. Leamon Landscape Design & Construction to complete the 2026/2027 sidewalk repairs. Repairs will ONLY be made to sidewalk issues caused from city issues, e. g., sewer/water main repairs, city trees, etc. Locations of repairs will be marked with a pink "x".
